TITLE:
THE ART OF BALANCING

DESCRIPTION:
When we try to hold our balance, we eventually lose it. The key to balance is “letting go,” and allowing ourselves to become a conduit for energy. This class will include a vigorous vinyasa warm-up followed by a series of balancing asanas that will grow progressively more challenging. This class does not include headstand, handstand, or forearm balance and is suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Recorded at the Midwest Yoga Conference.
