This is the first time I have practiced Forrest Yoga through Alive Yoga- I usually attend classes taught at Heidi Sormaz's study.

However, I was impressed by how possible it is to engage in a good practice based on just Heidi's verbal instructions. She is engaging on this tape, and the course itself was enjoyable and focused. Well worth it!

My one recommendation: keep the class title in mind when practicing, so you remember to keep focusing on your breath.
