I agree with the other reviewer. Class is a bit too chatty but well rounded hour long ashtanga class. Her other classes on this site are less chatty but a bit more challenging.

Ashtanga in an hour

I have an Ashtanga Primary Series practice which is a bit rusty and this audio is essentially the first part of the primary series with a few modifications. So for Ashtantgis looking for a 1 hour guided practice, it does a nice job. Although I do always find it a bit distracting with these audios when the teacher talks her students because of course the students are not in my living room with me at the time. I think Birch brings a joyful and kind quality to 'power' yoga and that is why I am drawn to her. I would also add that this audio didn't in any way relate to corporate stress relief other than Birch making some reference at the beginning of class as folks walked in that it was time to settle down from work stress....far from a class theme however.
